Ballerina Kitty Christmas Card

After a couple of years of saying I'm going to make a blog I am finally doing it. Why now, My Pink Stamper is why. I have admired her talent and been inspired by her videos so here I am starting my first blog and attempting to become a member of her new Design Team. The challenge she put out there for us is this:

Challenge:  Make a card, scrapbook page, or other Cricut
project with your favorite cartridge using my favorite colors.

Pink
Green
Brown
(other optional color of your choice)

And here is my project, it's a Christmas Card for my daughter's ballet teacher along with a Spa Sock Cupcake to match.

And the recipe:
Hello Kitty Christmas Card

1 piece of dark pink card stock  5 ½” x 8 ½”, score and fold in half so it measures 5 ½” x 4 ¼”
1 piece green CS 4x4
2 pieces pink CS 1 7/8” 1 7/8”
2 pieces brown CS 1 7/8” x 1 7/8”
1 piece green CS 2 ¾” x 2 ¾”

Cut Ballerina Kitty from Hello Kitty Font cart at 2 ¾” and assemble, use Stickles Cotton Candy for nose and white pen for small shoes pieces
Using Hello Kitty Font cart weld the letters to form Merry Christmas cut in brown CS

Attach 4x4 green CS to folded CS
Attach 4 pieces of 1 7/8” CS to green CS to make a uniform square - see photo
Attach 2 ¾” x 2 ¾” CS at an angle - see photo
Add pop dots to back of Ballerina Kitty and attach to card
Attach Merry Christmas title to bottom of card
Using white pen add dashes (stitch lines) – see photo to CS squares and title
Attach small ribbon bow at lower left corner - see photo
Spa Sock Cupcake wrapper

Using Cricut Design studio add HKF flowers to Cupcake wrapper and cut from Brown CS
Attach pieces of green CS on back side of flowers and add pink rhinestone bling as flower centers.

Assemble cupcake wrapper, roll spa sock and insert in cupcake wrapper - add small red pom pom for the "Cherry on Top"
